Contact Information
When creating a Soracom account, you will be prompted to select whether to create an Individual or a Business account, and to provide contact information for the account. The contact information is used for billing purposes, such as calculating taxes and issuing invoices.
You can update your contact information from the User Console.
You cannot change your account type from Individual to Business (or vice versa) after account creation. For details, see Operator Type.
Updating Contact Information

Login to the User Console. Click your account menu, then select Contact information.

Contact information can only be updated by the Root user. Sign in to your Soracom account using the Root user email address and password. SAM users cannot change contact information.
- Update your contact information as needed.
For security reasons, the company name of a Business account cannot be changed. If your company name has changed, contact Soracom Support to request a company name change.
Adding Email Addresses
You can add multiple email addresses to your account in order to specify a recovery email address or to deliver notifications from Soracom to other email addresses in addition to your root account email address. Refer to the Email Settings documentation for more information.
