Soracom Flux offers three plans: Developer, Standard, and Enterprise.

Refer to the Pricing & Fee Schedule for pricing information.

Each plan has different limits on the number of Flux apps you can create, Flux event bundles, Flux credit usage, notification limits, and available features. For information on subscribing to or canceling a Standard plan, see Managing Your Standard Plan Subscription.

  • *1 Flux credits and Flux event counts are bundled with each plan. If you need to exceed the bundle limit, you can increase the upper limit. See Setting Quotas for Event Count and Credit Usage for instructions. Any usage beyond the monthly bundle is billed based on actual usage.

  • *2 The maximum number of external service requests is managed by Flux credits. For example:

    • Google Gemini 1.5 Flash consumes 4 Flux credits per request.
    • Azure OpenAI GPT-4o consumes 86 Flux credits per request.

  • *3 This support includes:

    • Inquiries on how to use the service
    • Answers to questions related to the content of various documents
  • *4 An Enterprise Support subscription is required.

    • 24/7/365 availability
    • Assignment of dedicated technicians
  • *5 Timer (Cron settings) is scheduled to be available by the end of March 2025

Counting Limits by Coverage Type

The limits for the number of Flux apps, event bundles, credit usage, and email notifications are calculated separately for each coverage type.

For the Developer Plan, limits are applied separately per coverage type:

  • You can create up to 3 Flux apps per coverage type (e.g., 3 under Japan Coverage and 3 under Global Coverage).
  • If a Flux app under Japan Coverage exceeds the 10,000 Flux events/month limit, other apps in Japan Coverage will also become unavailable for use until the next month. However, apps under Global Coverage remain unaffected.

The same rules apply to Flux credit usage and email notifications sent via the Email Notification Action.
